The world of wine is changing. Conscious consumption, new cultures of enjoyment, and technological developments are opening up possibilities that did not exist before. For me, this was the impetus to pursue a clear vision: to create non-alcoholic wines that reflect the character of their terroir and the work of the winemakers—without alcohol, but without compromising on quality.
