FAQ

Do the wines still contain alcohol?

Yes, but only in very small quantities, which must always be below 0.5% vol. This is only slightly above the average alcohol content of fruit juices (tolerance during bottling max. 0.38% vol | declaration on the label from 1.2% vol). In fact, the analytical values are between 0.15 and 0.4% alcohol.

Can I drink the wines during pregnancy?

Due to the low alcohol content, moderate consumption appears to be harmless; however, the doctor in charge should be consulted.

Will there also be wines with 0.0% vol. in the future?

No, completely removing alcohol is very costly and, in our opinion, puts too much strain on the wine. As a comparison, sourdough bread has an average alcohol content of 0.3% by volume.

How much residual sugar do the wines have?

The wines contain between 2.4 and 2.8 g/100 ml of residual sugar. That is approximately 1/4 of the sugar content of orange juice.
