Pleasure and responsibility!

This motto has been with me since my time at the Institute for Food Culture in Munich.

When I was at Haardt Hills it was clear to me that what applies to good food must also apply to my non-alcoholic wines!

But what does that actually mean?

Enjoyment is more than just what we can see, taste and smell - enjoyment is also based on the knowledge that these products are produced fairly and well.

It's about values:
✔ Knowing where a product comes from.
✔ Fair production and fair pay.
✔ Responsibility at every step.

🌱 For me, enjoyment means more than just taste.
