Regionality is not a question of cost - but of attitude

When I thought about what should characterize my dealcoholized wines - I simply oriented myself on what is important to me: 1. craftsmanship, 2. attitude, 3. origin
Because this is how I measure the value of (high) quality products: 1. how exactly are they produced? 2. under what conditions? 3. where are they made - and how did the basic products get there? Many non-alcoholic wines say relatively loudly that they do not contain alcohol, not so much where the base wines come from.
Usually for good reason, as they often travel hundreds of kilometers across Europe before they are dealcoholized and bottled. This may reduce production costs - but it increases CO₂ consumption and deprives non-alcoholic wines of what makes wine special and unique at best: character through origin. We do it differently.

We remain consistently regional: grapes from a radius of 10 km; dealcoholization & bottling only 15 km away. In this way, we avoid long transportation routes - and transport what really makes our wines - the origin of the wines - our home. Because real sustainability starts locally.💬 Regional thinking. Made sustainably.
